What you’ll do:

As Manager, TELUS Digital, you will be responsible for executing and evolving the online experience to make it easier for customers to manage their Internet and home services accounts on As a bridge between customers, your stakeholders and the broader digital team, you’re responsible for the strategic vision and delivery execution of the online experience including all go to market activities, product launches, and experience enhancements. As a team leader, your role will be part strategy, part architecture and part technical delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Support and continue building a highly engaged diverse team made up of product owners, scrum masters, user experience designers, developers and testers to successfully deliver on the targeted outcomes for

  • Foster and build strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively prioritise initiatives and drive digital adoption

  • Responsible for driving the strategic vision for the end to end online customer experience and capabilities roadmap

  • Responsible for working closely with our analytics, voice of customer and operations teams to identify opportunities to continuously improve the experience to make it easy for our customers to research and buy

  • Leverage your many years of experience to help us build a strong long lasting culture

  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to delegate, monitor and manage high volume workloads

  • Ability to effectively problem-solve and deal with complex project issues

  • Ability to anticipate and assess risks, contingency plans and manage change in a complex environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, set goals and provide feedback to develop team members

  • Strong leadership and organizational transformation skill

  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Required Experience:

  • Proven, strong track record in leading and developing your team

  • 5 years of marketing, product management and/or digital experience

  • 2-3 years previous experience working at a manager’s level leading people and a business unit

  • Experience managing key business objectives and department budget goals
