Learn more about Logistics at: www.logisticssupply.comPosition Description:The Account Manager will be responsible for reaching out to shared or assigned customers for various sales and service updates, relationship building, educating customers about our services, contacting customers to launch new product lines, order entry and quote processing, networking, having fun, as well as fostering the success of the sales team through new account set up and support. Primary Responsibilities:Perform first impression calls to new or developing customers. Field incoming calls and help guide customers through new account set up and credit establishment processes. Build relationships and develop sales through providing resolutions and product and program awareness. Outbound sales calls focused on products, marketing services, or promotions. Prospecting. Process orders accurately and based on company and customer expectations. Answer incoming phone calls with the intent to provide a solution and close a sale. Deliver quotes and product crossovers accurately and effectively. Mastery of such CRM functions as comments, call recaps, needs tab, and JitBit entry. Continued market and industry education.
