DTI is seeking candidates for the position of Sr. Account Executive.Responsibilities and Essential Functions:The generation of assigned annualrevenue targets through sales of the Companys Litigation Support Serviceswithin his/her assigned sales territory. Such services include, but arenot limited to, Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting/Coding,Consulting, Managed Review and other Professional Services. The salesterritory may consist of geographic territory, named accounts, orboth.Formulation and execution of sales plans specific to coverage of assignedterritory and achievement of assigned annual revenue targetsProspectingactivities for identification of prospective new clientsSales calls,customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations conducted in pursuit ofnew and repeat business from prospective and existing clientsAccountManagement of assigned and newly-generated clientsMaintenance of assignedaccounts and achievement of assigned customer satisfaction ratings as measuredby annual client satisfaction surveysCoordination of sales, billing andproject activities with Production, Finance, and Project ManagementdepartmentsAchievement of assigned DSO targets for assigned territoryAdherenceto Company policies, and timely submission of sales reports as assignedRequired Characteristics and Credentials:Five to seven years experience inselling highly-technical systems or services Effective analytical and problemsolving skillsBe detail oriented and exceptionally attentive toaccuracy.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizationalskills.Ability to manage multiple tasks.Bachelors degree in Marketing,Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems,Finance, or related disciplineProven success in sales to AMLAW 250 law firmsor Fortune 1000 Corporate Legal DepartmentsProven and demonstrable knowledgeof the Litigation Support Market, including key decision makers,litigation support processes, litigation support solutions and systems,and indQUALIFICATIONS:Employer's Job# 3461Please visit job URL for more information about this opening and to view EOEstatement.
