Alpha Card Services Business Development Executive in Feasterville, Pennsylvania
The Business Development Executive position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. This role will provide opportunities to overcome challenges that must be handled with confidence and determination. A well-suited Business Development Executive can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with them. Strong prospecting skills, experience, self-assurance and competitive drive are a must.
The Business Development Executive will be capable of delegating some authority - prefers to delegate, with close follow-up, always considering standards & schedules. This position can create disciplined processes and will have the ability to maintain control of overall agenda and the ability to include others in a task-focused manner.
Tasks consist of:
Working within defined territory, primarily cold-calling small/medium sized merchants for new business. This is a quota based role, requiring strong networking skills, the ability to work fast-paced in an ever-changing environment. You will be expected to build a strong pipeline through relationship building and networking skills. The ideal Candidate will also work closely with Regional & District Managers, along with internal teams, successfully onboarding signed accounts to ultimately grow territory pipeline and revenue.
