GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES To attain sales goals and manage the HemoCue point of care screening business in the Blood bank and Public Health (WIC) segments. Position also will focus on growth of Beckman products in Hospitals/IDNs in partnership with HemoCue Regional Business Managers. The SAE is also responsible for developing and growing all opportunities for Plasma Low products and all Pharma/research opportunities in assigned territory. Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and short and long term opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of blood bank donor screening programs. * Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in Plasma Hemoglobin screening/testing in blood bank, hospital and other markets as needed. * Partner/Mentor with RBMs to grow Beckman products in Hospitals/IDNs. * Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of state and local government. * Public Health/WIC hemoglobin testing programs. * RFP process driver for continued business maintenance and development of new business. * High dollar order driver 90 days in advance of each order through order fulfilment. * Product selling and performance specification for successful outcomes of RFP process. * Contract maintenance starting 12mos before expiration date.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Experience * 5 yrs. sales, marketing, training, corporate accounts in medical Strategic Sales. Record of substantial over achievement of territory quotas. * Demonstrated ability of strong overall territory management. * Strong Planning, Time Management, and Financial business acumen * Travel 65% * Contract maintenance * Highly developed communication skills and ability to work effectively in matrix environment * Ability to make timely critical decisions b) Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. c) Language * Primary language English d) IT * Good know-how in MS office (excel, words) e) Travel (required estimated % of time) * 65%
