JOB REQUIREMENTS: Local Green Bay Construction Contractor looking for a full time Accounting Assistant. We service commercial and industrial markets for both construction and maintenance of power and communication systems for our clients in Northeast Wisconsin. Focused on excellence, our team is committed to developing profitable long-term relationships. We are looking to add an Accounting Assistant to join our staff. Primary Duties: Provide support for A/R and A/P functions Process daily time tracking and job costing data, and verify integration w/payroll Assist with payroll processing and administration Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record and store information Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy Act as back up with respect to the human resources and information technology functions Work in cooperation with other staff to answer phones and provide customer service Prepare general correspondence and spreadsheets, proofreading for spelling/grammar/layout Conform and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or two plus years of experience in a recent related position Ability to independently process basic accounting and purchasing functions Must be able to calculate figures and amounts for all accounting, payroll and banking functions The Accounting Assistant must use the utmost discretion in all presentations, correspondence and communications with staff and management Self-motivated to grow within the company Solid skills in computer use with Microsoft Office and IOS. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: nick@hrconsultingpartners.net
