Kelly Services Accounting/General Office Assistant in Livermore, California

Job Description

The ideal candidate needs to have a construction background.

  • Basic A/R and A/P experience

" Payroll experience

" General office duties i.e.; multiline phone, filing, etc.

" Basic understanding of construction paperwork, contracts and/or liens

" Licensed notary a plus but not required (desire to obtain a notary license ideal)

" Experience communicating with multiple field guys helpful

" Organization skills, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure is a must

" Strong computer skills are important

" Bilingual is a plus but not required

The schedule would be Mon- Fri from 7:30 to 4:00
