Global Accounts represent a significant portion of the Dell | Dell | EMC business in EMEA.- This is a key opportunity to bring global accounts to the next level as a critical driver in our Dell | Dell | EMC goal to double revenue by increasing our growth rates.- The level of complexity in this space requires strong leadership in terms of strategy and execution capability. We are looking for a senior, high energy business leader, able to foster and advance the success of the Dell EMC relationship with one of our Global Customers - Barclays.This leader will be responsible for continuing to grow the Dell EMC technology business in -Barclays-and generate incremental business for Dell EMC.-- The successful candidate will achieve this by leading the -Global Account team and regional account teams, and working with the Specialty teams.- The successful individual must know (or have the capacity to quickly learn) how Dell EMCs Portfolio can be leveraged to help Barclays-achieve their objectives. The candidate must have excellent relationship building skills with senior customers (CTO) and credibility based on past experience of selling/delivering large scale technology transformations.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Contributes to formulating and driving execution of near and long term strategy for respective focus area. Manages territory planning and goal assignment; manages current and future pipeline. Anticipates and resolves difficult problems. Leads complex negotiations for specific focus area. Influences internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. Solicits and escalates feedback on programs to monitor effectiveness. Drives incremental sales.Increases wallet share of Dell EMC in overall-Barclays-business.Sells all Dell EMC Technologies.Drives the 3rd Platform and Transformational journey.-REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 10+ years solution sales experience in the IT industryDemonstrable track record within the finance industryFluency (written AND oral) in English is mandatoryAbility to influence others to achieve results. Ability to manage in a complex matrix environment. Excellent understanding of the competition. Consultative skills. Presentation skills. Strategic planning abilities. Negotiation skills.
