Here, you go.Job Summary: The Display Materials & Systems Division (DMSD) - US Enterprise business is currently seeking a highly motivated sales leader for the position of Key Accounts Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving the awareness, sales and share growth of DMSD Enterprise product set with identified key retail and e-Commerce accounts. This role will internally interact, influence and collaborate with 3M Consumer Business Group (CBG) e-Comm team, Stationary & Office Supply Division (SOSD) key account and field sales organizations as well as externally with our customers technology merchant and vendor management teams. This individual will have strong business acumen which includes understanding the sales and marketing processes, analytical expertise, knowledge of the retail industry and eComm selling models.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Leads the development and execution of sales growth plans for the 3M DMSD Enterprise product portfolio with key retail and e-commerce partners.Develops insight based recommendations for driving new programs for the retail (B2C) and contract (B2B businesses) to build consumer and end user level connections.Determines the promotional merchandising & seasonal acceleration programs to drive business and share growth.Responsible for development and communications to both internal/external teams on portfolio plans, pricing programs and e-commerce initiatives.Projects sales forecasting (demand planning) for all programs and periods in conjunction with customer, CBG eHub and retail key account teams.Builds strong communication plans with team & management through salesforce.com, MRE process and quarterly business updates.Conducts external quarterly business plans and account reviews.Persuades and energizes internal key account, field sales, eHub, marketing and customer buying teams for DMSD Enterprise products.Conducts and supports various training opportunities both internally & externally for identified key accounts.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited universityMinimum of five (5) years of combined retail and e-Commerce channel sales and/or marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications:Effective presentation and communication skillsCreative problem solverHigh energy, enthusiastic, and creativeDriven and self-motivatedAnalytical and data drivenSignificant experience and knowledge of MS Office & Salesforce.comLocation: Maplewood, MNSales Territory: Identified Key AccountsTravel: May include up to 30% domestic travelRelocation: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)VEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran ReferralsEOE -Veteran /Disabled/Minority/AA/F/M/SO
