Job PurposeA role that is on-site at Samsungs offices in the Meatpacking district. This role will partner directly with Samsungs Social Media Manager to assist with internal communications, account organization, content calendarizing and strategy, and some copywriting. Key lines of business supported are Mobile and Samsung Pay. Key brand-owned social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat.

  • Keeping the client organized about all moving project elements
  • Creating content calendars to centralize and map out content across platforms
  • Serving as an eye/ear for the client in meetings and drafting/sharing notes after meetings have wrapped
  • Serving as a key POC with internal stakeholders and outside agencies (via email and in-person)
  • Providing a clear bridge of communication between Samsung and Edelman
  • Keeping an eye on social channels to flag potential risks to brand image
  • Assisting with overall content strategy for all owned platforms
  • Writing and editing social copy when needed
