As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will: * Process assigned vendor's invoices for payment for any combination of LX Corp, Sybron, and Arlanxeo LLC USA in a timley manner. This includes all trouble-shooting to get the invoices posted and paid and could entail having interactions with Procurement, the Requisitioner, or the Vendor to resolve or expedite any issues or problems. * Research and resolve exceptions, and answer questions from both internal and external customers in the US. * Ensure all BALI Workflows are cleared and ready for payment. In order to accomplish this you will: * HS diploma or equivalent; secondary degree preferred. * Previous experience in an accounting or data entry function; accounts receivable or payable preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Procurement function preferred. * Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication and customer service skills. * Superior time-management, problem-solving and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles, concepts and processes. * Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy while meeting assigned deadlines. * SAP and Excel Experience preferred Must include a resume.
