Customers:Co-op convenience chains and regional grocery in South Texas

Location & Travel: The employee will office at our San Antonio facility with approx. 30% travel within the state of Texas-Houston, Dallas, Austin, Harlingen, Corpus Christi, etc.

Reporting To : Director of Regional Accounts

Position Responsibilities: * Manage assigned regional off-premise chains with responsibility for sales growth and profit of assigned accounts. * Align system resources to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget. * Account penetration and retention at the national or corporate level. * Negotiate ad schedules and pricing strategies and drive awareness for new product authorization and promotions. * Develop and implement Annual Operating Plans which support business objectives. Ensures execution of programs throughout the system. * Ensure business plan and marketing activities are developed to deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction commitments made to all stakeholders during business acquisition and/or stewardship planning. * Work cross-functionally with other divisions to deliver customer-specific solutions. * Solve operational or executional issues with customers, or bottlers. * Increase distribution into new accounts.

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High school diploma with 5 years of CPG sales experience
  • 3 years of consumer products experience
  • 3 years of key account sales experience
