The Account Executive Senior Manager (BD) is accountable for expanding Accenture footprint of new technology services in digital, cloud, big data, enterprise applications, product engineering and application outsourcing within existing accounts and to lead the pursuit of new account openings with technology services offerings
The Account Executive Senior Manager (BD)will work to:
Identify new opportunity areasand buying centers, build relationships, ideate relevant offerings andsolutions and lead the sales process end-to-end from ideation to closure
Develop new Clientrelationships and manage those effectively
Ability to nurture a lead andwork with clients over time to build a strategic partnership
Expand our work in new areasof the client’s business through new offerings and services.
Manages the SOW & providesstatus updates to clients for the work sold
Forecasts and manages resourcerequirement optimally
Participating, designing,shaping and executing to the sales and revenue plans for the accountsthey are responsible for and soliciting stake holder buy in
Shape, develop and executestrategy and plans for creating and expanding new buying centers forAccenture Technology Services
Develop new clientrelationships and expand existing relationships to drive ApplicationServices Sales
Define core campaigns aroundAccenture offerings and executing the campaigns to generate new revenueopportunities
Provide advice on solutions tobusiness requirements, and plan services to be delivered to users
Work closely with the clientto identify business requirements, and define service requirements fornew services
Work with the client and theNA Technology Delivery to commit to the scope of work, schedule, andcost for the work as a whole
Manage supply and demand,service quality, change orders, and recovery plans
Achieve Application Servicessales net revenue and margin targets
Partner with Client AccountLeads to drive incremental revenue growth through further expansion offootprint at client
Participate in Accountplanning and forecasting activities
Actively participate indeveloping the business plans for Application Services in theirrespective industry group
Minimum of 8 years’ overallexperience with a minimum of 4 years in strong sales, relationshipmanagement and account management experience in the IT services industrywith top tier global delivery service providers
Minimum of 3 years’ promotingnew technology services in digital, cloud, big data, enterpriseapplications and application outsourcing
Minimum of 3 years’ experienceselling large deals in managed services, application outsourcing, outcomebased service delivery and commercial models
Minimum of 3 years’ provencapability to building relationships with CXO/Director/VP/CTO businesslevel client contacts
Minimum of 3 years’ experiencein the Healthcare or Life Sciences verticals
2 years’ of previousexperience in any of the top IPPs with particular exposure to leveraginga similar model to drive growth Experience of working in a GlobalDelivery Model
Deep Account Managementexperience
Knowledge of industry specificproducts, services and solutions
Good understanding of industryspecific business issues and drivers
Proven experience of rapidlygrowing an account
Hands-on experience withproposal/RFP creation and leading RFP/proposal presentations
Strong leadership,interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Wide variety of IT andbusiness consulting engagement experience
Bachelors or MBA degree

Good understanding of the IPPcompetitive landscape
Ability to articulate Accenture’svalue proposition to the client (educating the client about theefficiencies our tools and accelerators)
Package’ unstructured piecesof work into an outlined scope
Discuss contractual andcommercial constructs of a deal and MSAs with a client
Ability to address small tomid-sized projects with technical proposals
