Terminix offers more than just pest and termite control, allowing you an even broader range of opportunities to build long-term customer relationships. In addition to making client presentations, you will also conduct thorough home inspections (inside, outside, attics, and crawl spaces) in order to determine each customer’s specific needs.Job RequirementsSpecific qualifications for the role include:• High school diploma or GED• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training in sales and dealing with the public, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, strongly preferred• Strong prospecting and business development abilities• Solid math and calculation skills• Ability to move and lift 10-20 pounds on a frequent basis• Ability to climb ladders, scaffoldings, etc., and to enter confined spaces and passageways• Valid driver’s license from current state of residence• Desire to learn and a drive to win!DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification.
