Robert Half Finance is looking to fill a Senior Accountant position on a full-time basis. As a Senior Accountant, you will be required to perform financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Your responsibilities in this role - Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process - Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary - Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables primarily in the compensation area such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports - Provide monthly consolidated P L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting - Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary - Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner - Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and SOX testing with internal and external - Offer involvement in various department-wide initiatives - Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations
