Role and Responsibilities

This position is the operational primary point-of-contact for Midas Care Management and Analytics Solutions clients. Assists clients to assure they are getting maximum benefit from Midas solutions and help navigating internal Midas support systems. Responsible for communication and assistance with clients on specific Midas Care Management and Analytics Solutions functions and features. Also works with the internal Midas departments to accomplish projects, assigned tasks and related client communication and Midas activities.

  • Primary point-of-contact for all day-to-day operations with Midas Solutions

  • Manage communication between Midas staff and sites requiring special assistance and/or identified as at-risk

  • Provide guidance to Midas System Managers/users

  • Assist with special projects with assigned sites

  • Maintain internal client systems and documentation

  • Act as liaison for client with other Midas staff

  • Provide communication and education assistance via telephone, web-conferences and onsite

  • Provide feedback to Midas staff as issues are identified

  • Recommend strategies for enhanced user opportunities

  • Possess general knowledge of all Midas Solutions

  • Possess in-depth understanding of customer environment

  • Follow-up with and educate clients on resolution to problems and provide assistance with more efficient/correct usage of the software

  • Monitor clients' system periodically to predict possible problems and recommend/perform preventative actions

  • Perform relationship calls to clients regularly to assess satisfaction with product and services

  • Provide education and support to colleagues

  • Responsible for learning new software updates

  • Other related duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer or healthcare related field. Minimum of two to five years’ Midas experience at a client site or equivalent, and strong evidence of proficiency in reporting. Excellence in written and verbal professional communications and establishing and maintaining relationships required.

  • Possess general knowledge of Midas Solutions and Healthcare Industry

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team to successfully complete detailed work assignments and to organize and implement multiple projects at once

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

  • Knowledge of effective customer relations
