SSO organization is responsible for the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services related local compliance.

SSO main responsibility is to perform tax & statutory compliance activities centrally with high quality according to local regulations:

Management of accounting functions incl. payroll and statutory audits

Governance for regional accounting standards and requirements, indirect taxes and corporate income tax

Ensure technical quality and support of accounting function in the region

Management of business support regarding accounting

Processing of accounting activities and other related tasks

Compliance of tax processes (improvement and development)

Support of statutory and tax audits

Working knowledge and experience of Laws and regulations of Singapore

Prepare and coordinate Statutory posting and statutory financials

Partner for questions and issues arising from projects or daily business concerning accounting

Management of identification and evaluation of risks, reporting of identified and evaluated risks

Continuously monitors performance measures, proposing and implementing process improvement to increase process consistency, quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures visibility of the service organization's performance.

Manages and contributes to mitigation of risk

Efficiently manages resources in own team: Ensures proper skill sets & organizational setup in own responsibility area. Set-up targets, allocate work within the team, and evaluate performance. Manages budget for own area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

University degree in business administration with focus on accounting or comparable

At least 5* *to 7 yearsof experience in a finance and an accounting in a international company or one of the big 4 or an Intern. audit company

English fluent,

Good SAP skills, as well as sound MS Excel skills

Business competence (financial, technical, internal controlling) and intercultural competence

Processual mindset and hands on mentality, Good team working skills

Methodological and problem solving competencies.
