Key Responsibilities

This role is an individual contributor position, responsible for selling the DellEMC’s full product and service lines (face-to-face) to new and existing customers. This individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with existing customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential for this role

  • Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of DellEMC’s products & services in Ireland

  • Long Term vision of business/technology direction for DellEMC

  • Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on the Industry, the DellEMC business model and competitors

  • Effectively exercises power and influences key decisions for the benefit of DellEMC and the customers

  • Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization.

  • Leads sales process and utilize all available resources to manage the account.

  • Understand Customers business and solution requirements & grow the territory/account base to attain financial objectives (territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting)

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive sales experience

  • Related industry or segment experience

  • Strong drive for results, while retaining a focus on consistently delivering a great customer experience

  • Advance written and verbal communications skills

  • True team player with a strong, entrepreneurial spirit

Desirable Requirements

  • Educated to a Bachelor Degree level

  • Strong technical knowledge desirable

  • Salesforce knowledge
