Hill-Rom's comprehensive product and service offeringsare used by health care providers across the health care continuum and aroundthe world in hospitals, extended care facilities and home care settings toenhance the safety and quality of patient care.DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: - Other duties may be assigned * The Account Executive is responsible to promote the use of core AspenBrands within prospective customer accounts, maintain current customers toensure a solid reference base and educate the general market on the benefitsof Aspen's brand product lines * Drive sales revenue and overall market share inside the territory asdirected by management * Nurture current customer accounts through routine call pattern, productdemonstration, product in service and positive attitude * Develop relationships with Surgeons, Physicians, Nurses,Technicians, Materials Management and other hospital administration * Make selling presentations to the appropriate person primarily in ahospital setting within assigned territory * Be a primary resource for the training of customers on the proper use ofAspen products in the clinical setting * Manage allocated resources (samples, promotional and educationalmaterials) to maximize return within regulatory and ethical guidelines * Provide weekly and /or monthly reports to manager as directed in a timelyand consistent manner * Attend local, regional and national trade shows as requested * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as directed by the customer * Stay current on Hill-Rom trainings and expense reporting following companyguidelinesQualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: * Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience * At least 3 years medical device sales experience * Minimum 2 years O.R. experience preferred * Knowledgeable in Medical Device applications for specific surgeryprocedures and settings * Valid Driver's License with no prior suspensions or revocations * Ability for 75% travel via car or plane * Ability to become fully credentialed to enter hospitals and surgerycenters * Operate a computer effectively and efficiently, including MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Familiar with surgery procedures and medical terminology * Ability to speak in front of groups of people to deliver dynamicpresentations * Must have excellent communication skills to work with customers * Creativity is necessary to help identify sales opportunities * Must work well independently and take charge of situations * Energetic, outgoing and excited about growing company and increasingmarket shareHill-Rom is an equal employment employer F/M/Disability/Vet/SexualOrientation/Gender Identity img height=1 width=1 border=0src=https://hillrom.contacthr.com/61910997.jpg /Employer's Job# 61910997Please visit job URL for more information about this opening and to view EOEstatement.
