Stratasys Inc Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Position Summary: The Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager will serve as an integral member of the Stratasys Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess significant B2B marketing experience coupled with a track record of planning and executing highly effective, integrated campaigns (which will directly target specific accounts to drive big growth plans for Stratasys). The Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager will focus their time and resources on customers most likely to drive revenue and supports the advancement of application development and close rates via a series of touchpoints and relationship building activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will work cross-functionally with several groups within Stratasys including, sales, digital, content, events, marketing operations, and client engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: * Partner with sales and client engagement teams to identify target accounts, understand their business issues, map the issues to individuals, and develop unique commercial insights that will be leveraged in highly personalized 1:1 marketing campaigns. - Develop and gather account insights through existing sales relationships, direct VOC, social insights, content consumption, surveys, and market/industry information - Partner with KAM (Key Account Management) team to develop targeted account marketing plans to reach and penetrate individuals within the tier 1 KAM list of accounts in Health Care, Automotive, and Aerospace - Expand ABM approach to a tier 2 list of accounts in specific segments who have similar needs and business challenges, driving demand through the channel and territory sales teams - Expand ABM via smaller accounts leveraging digital tools and structure - In conjunction with the Vertical Marketing team, create an overall structure to deploy globally * Develop and execute 1:1 personalized marketing campaigns and sales efforts to open doors and deepen engagement with key accounts. - Manage and orchestrate calendar of marketing campaigns, interactions, and tactics to targeted accounts - Partner with the content team to develop new or tailor existing content to develop account-relevant messaging and content for key accounts and individuals - Partner with the digital marketing team to drive personalized web experience for key accounts and segments - Partner with the paid media team to execute 1:1 online advertising and retargeting ads via search, social media, and display advertising - Host live events and webinars to drive further engagement with key accounts - Build personalized email marketing campaign and nurture streams in Marketo - Set and manage all program objectives, targets, tactics and metrics to measure engagement and success at targeted accounts - Communicate results of programs internally, adjust and modify as necessary with an attitude of not being afraid to fail fast and modify programs * Demonstrates commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values. * Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job. * Other duties as assigned. Essential Education, Skills and Experience: Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or closely-related field * 10+ years' experience in B2B content marketing with a strong focus on demand generation or account based marketing * 8+ years' experience building and executing campaigns and programs in Marketo or similar marketing automation platform * 8+ years' experience with Salesforce.com campaign tracking, lead management, and opportunity funnel * 5+ years in creating and executing vertical marketing campaigns and strategy * Must demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to sellideas cross-functionally. * Must possess the ability to quickly execute, track and analyze performance and adjust activities quick
