CREDIT SERVICE OF LOGAN Account Manager in LOGAN, Utah
Wages: Hourly + Commission (Spanish speakers may be eligible for higher hourly wage) Commission: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per month . There is no cap on commission. New employees can expect the commission to be around $500-month. Within 3-4 months you can expect commission of over $1,000+-month. The more you put into your work the more you get out of it. If you work hard you can easily excel. (And get big paychecks!) Job Duties: - Manage contacts through phone calls and efficiently negotiate payment arrangements. - Ability to listen and understand the needs of the consumers in order to resolve their account. - Accurately assess financial situations and identify opportunities for resolution. - Evaluate accounts and facilitate appropriate action. - Thorough documentation of all actions and intent on computer system. - Adhere to all State and Federal regulations including FDCPA and FCRA. - Comply with all office policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned. - Be awesome.
