Account Manager (Minneapolis, MN)

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team! This role reports to the VP/General Manager at our plant in Bloomington, MN and is considered a key member of the CPP-Minneapolis team, working closely with the Engineering, Quality, Operations and Corporate Sales teams on a daily basis. Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible to be the main point of contact and provide support to a select group of aerospace customers

  • Act as the liaison between key customers and CPP-Minneapolis, providing the CPP team with information on demand forecasts, schedules and quality issues

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns as it relates to CPP manufactured products

  • Perform contract review process to ensure that pricing is within the quoted range and delivery commitments are made appropriately

  • Monitor risk and profit margins at the account level

  • Work with assigned customer base to upsell CPP product

  • Enforce contract terms with customers to ensure we are staying within committed guidelines

About You

  • 5+ years of manufacturing customer service/account management experience working with large accounts required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required for this role, however candidates with equivalent experience will be considered

  • Excellent written, verbal, & presentation communications skills

  • Ability to work effectively throughout all levels of the organization

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
