Account Executive - Men's Leathers

Your Role:

We are seeking a strong Account Executive to join our Men's Leathers sales team.

You will have responsibility of driving sales at our key Wholesale accounts including Dillard's, Bon Ton, Belk & Von Maur

Further responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop accounts; achieve sales target

  • Develop sales plans by brand by month annually

  • Craft assortments with the merch team and buyers to fuel Fossil's growth and highlight stories, working closely with Planners

  • Analyze business, selling reports, OTB and inventory.

  • Drive the brand sales growth, make strong recommendations and coordinate necessary support with all involved areas

  • Work closely with buyer to develop sales plans prior to start of season and monthly updates.

  • Make actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions or enhancements.

  • Resolve issues related to accounts including sales or delivery issues working closely with both planning and sales support

  • Develop a strong relationship with buyer and DMM and GMM.

Your Skills:

  • 5 + years account management, sales or buying experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent retail math and analytical skills required

  • Open-to-buy management required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven track record in building partnerships with accounts and/or vendors

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

  • Proficiency in Excel required
