Account Executive - Men's Leathers
We are seeking a strong Account Executive to join our Men's Leathers sales team.
You will have responsibility of driving sales at our key Wholesale accounts including Dillard's, Bon Ton, Belk & Von Maur
Further responsibilities include:
Manage and develop accounts; achieve sales target
Develop sales plans by brand by month annually
Craft assortments with the merch team and buyers to fuel Fossil's growth and highlight stories, working closely with Planners
Analyze business, selling reports, OTB and inventory.
Drive the brand sales growth, make strong recommendations and coordinate necessary support with all involved areas
Work closely with buyer to develop sales plans prior to start of season and monthly updates.
Make actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions or enhancements.
Resolve issues related to accounts including sales or delivery issues working closely with both planning and sales support
Develop a strong relationship with buyer and DMM and GMM.

5 + years account management, sales or buying experience strongly preferred
Excellent retail math and analytical skills required
Open-to-buy management required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record in building partnerships with accounts and/or vendors
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in Excel required
