The National Account Coordinator Position serves as Single Point of Contact for one or more accounts with multi-location, multi-state footprints. Position is located in Canton, GA. Not eligible for relocation or agency placement.


  • All team members must embody the company mission to provide protection for people, property, and the environment in all aspects of their job.

  • Coordinate execution of contractual obligations through other ORR business units, vendors and subcontractors.

  • Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly KPI measurement and reporting to Client.

  • Work with, and alongside Regional and National Sales to track, escalate and fulfill proposal needs.

  • Submission, presentation and follow up of proposals.

  • Prepare additional spend budgets for Client and coordinate fulfillment of approved budget items.

  • Work with Client to develop replacement programs or obsolescence emergency plans.

  • Work with Sales to develop upgrade and value add initiatives.

  • Perform quarterly, face-to-face Client Business Review with Client.

  • Utilize Data Mining to identify trends and initiate processes designed to maximize efficiencies and minimize client exposure.

  • Review invoices for all work performed to ensure adherence to client standards and pricing structures. Timely approval of all invoices.

  • Work with Accounting in escalation of AR items.

  • Initiate and coordinate response to Client emergency calls and requests within SLA.

  • Work as liaison between ORR Projects group and client. Assist in developing project schedules and be responsible for communication, progress reports and delivery of final package to Client.

  • Profitability analysis and trend identification.

  • Renewals and expansion of services.

  • Client Portal Work as required.

  • Utilization of ServiceMax and Salesforce.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent education, required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years uninterrupted experience in project management, project support, sales or customer service.

  • Experience in fire suppression industry preferred.


  • Candidate must be an effective communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PPT.

  • Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced, urgent environment.

  • Candidate must be driven and a self-motivator.

  • Candidate must possess a customer first mentality and have a desire to serve others.

  • Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Candidate must be detail oriented and possess the organizational skills to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Must be effective speaker and presenter in public or corporate environment.


  • Work hours are M-F 8-5 in a fast-paced office setting. After-hours phone calls or emergency situations requiring escalation to coordinator are not uncommon. Up to 25% overnight travel required with travel expenses paid by company.

  • All associates are required to pass a drug screen, background check and motor vehicle report.
